Evona Poplawski is a professional chef, instructor, lifestyle counselor and co-owner of Vibe Cuisine, the raw food store and café. Evona received her chef certification from the renowned Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Ft. Bragg, California. She has attended numerous workshops and retreats led by experts in the raw food lifestyle, including David Wolfe and Dr. Gabriel Cousens.
She continues traveling worldwide to expand her knowledge of health and nutrition. As the mother of two small children, she understands how to teach young people to enjoy healthy, delicious foods.
Evona serves on the Board of Directors of the Healthy Start Coalition of Sarasota. She holds degrees in Alternative Medicine and Mathematics.
